The very rapid development of technology from information systems using sophisticated software applications (software) that has been modified in such a way, evidenced by the increasing number of users who are growing very rapidly accompanied by the development of various kinds of information system inventions or software applications that can facilitate the user. One of them is facial recognition (facial recognition), facial recognition is one of the branches of science of artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence) In the results of the coverage of the review paper below is how to know the use of facial recognition, methods or algorithms to be used which in the end shows the value of the percentage of success in each of these methods or algorithms and how users can utilize data mining using a face recognition system. Purpose: knowing how to use face recognition Background: Increase sales productivity to face recognitions Design/Methodology/Approach: The method used is the result obtained that the shape of a human face bears some resemblance so that it can be categorized. Results/Findings: searching good method for face recognitions
