Similarly, "Implementasi Arsitektur Microservices Dalam Pengembangan Marketplace Sewa Properti" by Brana highlights the transition from monolithic to microservices architecture for property rental platforms like AESIA to enhance scalability and flexibility. Healthcare and Hospitality Systems Two papers focus on improving healthcare efficiency through digital tools. Fasya in "Analisis Software Requirement Pada Klinik," propose an online doctor appointment application to reduce patient wait times and digitize medical records. Complementing this, Sahril's paper, "Metode Blackbox Dalam Pengujian Sistem Penjadwalan Janji Klinik/Dokter Berbasis Whatsapp dan Website (Medicalchat)," details the use of black-box testing to ensure the reliability of healthcare scheduling systems. In the hospitality sector, Rudi  discuss using the Agile methodology to develop a hotel reservation system in Kuningan Regency to boost brand awareness and tourism. Documentation and Quality Assurance Standards The collection also addresses the theoretical and administrative side of software engineering. In "Standar Dokumentasi Perangkat Lunak," Prambudi  emphasize that a computer program cannot be considered "software" without proper documentation, classifying documents into process and product categories. Finally, "Analisis Proses Manajemen Kualitas Perangkat Lunak Pada Sistem Informasi Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia" by Umar et al. evaluates institutional software quality management using McCall’s quality model, identifying a need for better monitoring and standardized coding practices. User Experience Insights Additionally, the proceedings include a survey-based study analyzing user requirements for video conferencing, noting that users prioritize collaborative features like shared boards and web-based accessibility. Together, these sources demonstrate a comprehensive approach to modern informatics, ranging from specific application development to high-level architectural standards and quality assurance protocols.
