Abstract

Real estate enterprises are increasingly acknowledging the pivotal role of information technology in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and expanding market reach. The development of a real estate sales information management system is essential to ensure the timely, accurate, and effective dissemination of information to prospective buyers and other stakeholders. In response to these challenges, the design of a Real Estate Website has emerged as a viable solution to facilitate property transactions by enabling sellers to market their properties more effectively and buyers to identify suitable options with greater ease. Such a system significantly enhances information accessibility while minimizing the need for direct property visits, as potential buyers can evaluate a property’s condition through visual representations prior to making further considerations. From the seller’s perspective, the system not only supports promotional activities but also reduces expenditure on traditional marketing tools such as flyers and brochures. Ultimately, the implementation of this system is expected to contribute to improving property accessibility, particularly for young couples in Indonesia seeking affordable housing solutions.
