A Comparative Study for Prioritization Technique Identification for Software Project

Abstract

This paper presents an overview and
comparison of available and effective prioritization
technique used in handling requirement. Seven
prioritization strategies have been stated: Analytic
Hierarchy Process, Value Oriented Prioritization,
Cumulative Voting, Numerical Assignment
Technique, Binary Search Tree, Planning Game and
B tree prioritization. Each of the technique being
discussed based on its characteristics. The study
aimed to examine each technique characteristics,
limitation and the advantages.
