Abstract

The number of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia that have adopted digital technology is still small. Forecasts estimate it at only 16.33% (Pikiran Rakyat, 2020). In fact, according to the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), the percentage is only 13%. The Indonesian MSME website states that MSMEs as a whole employ about 97% of the national labor force, while large companies account for only about 3% of the total national labor force. Therefore, there is a need for a system that can serve as an alternative solution to the problems faced by the lower middle class in recording inventory data, managing customer data, transactions and reporting. The digital inventory information system "Gudangku" is intended to fulfill the general needs of lower-middle market companies. The design requirements for this information system were summarized by the author in the form of architecture, functionality, use case, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Table Relation Diagram and interface design.
