The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 has affected the way people work, the need to carry out activities virtually continues to increase, especially activities that require people to gather together to minimize the risk of being exposed to the COVID-19 virus, people are also aware that a lot of work can be done remotely to eliminate the obligation to daily commute that reduce daily costs and allow them to settle outside the city with a much more affordable cost of living. A tool for Virtual Conferences that offers decent immersion is the one solution that can be applied to this problem. The method to collect user requirements is a survey. An online questionnaire set was distributed in the pilot to the purposive respondents. They are 8 respondents with ages between 13 and 50 tahun years old.

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTEGRATED E-COMMERCE APPLICATION FOR ELECTRONICS STORES

The e-commerce industry has become an integral part of global trade, including the sale of electronic devices. While traditional sales methods still dominate, inefficiencies such as limited market reach and operational inefficiencies persist. This research aims to develop and implement an integrated e-commerce application for electronics stores to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. A case study approach was adopted, employing interviews, surveys, and observations to collect data, which was then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. The results demonstrate that the developed e-commerce application successfully met functional and non-functional requirements, including user registration, product search, shopping cart, payment, data security, performance, and scalability. The system utilizes Laravel for backend development, Vue.js for frontend, and a MySQL database hosted on an Ubuntu NGINX server. Integration with Midtrans payment gateway and Raja Ongkir shipping services ensures secure and efficient transaction processes. System evaluation revealed significant improvements in response time and user satisfaction. This application not only enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of electronic sales but also provides a superior shopping experience for users. This research makes a significant contribution to the electronics industry and suggests developing additional features and market expansion in the future.

Along with the development of technology, the need for software in all fields is increasing every year. Software is needed in all sectors to help running business processes. The success or failure of a software that is built can be seen based on whether or not the software works according to the running business processes.

In the scientific concept that exists in software engineering, the success of software is seen from various aspects of the suitability of the product produced against existing needs. The success of the software can also be seen from the management process and the quality of the software. But the facts found in this study, the management process and software quality are not given proper attention.
Based on the results of a literature study, software quality is not only seen based on the suitability of the product produced but also seen based on quality assurance during the software development process. Based on this observation, it was found that the monitoring process for the software development process along with the software quality factors in each software built still needs to be improved.
Therefore it is necessary to identify the components of quality assurance of existing devices to ensure the quality management process can run well and readiness to build a quality software.

Abstract— Pengujian perangkat lunak merupakan langkah penting dalam siklus pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk memastikan bahwa sistem bekerja sesuai harapan. Metode black box merupakan metode pengujian yang berfokus pada validasi fungsionalitas suatu sistem tanpa memeriksa struktur internalnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Blackbox untuk menguji sistem janji temu klinis/medis berbasis WhatsApp dan MedicalChat. MedicalChat dirancang untuk memudahkan pasien membuat janji temu dengan dokter melalui platform yang populer dan mudah diakses. Proses pengujian mencakup berbagai fungsi dasar seperti registrasi, login, janji temu, notifikasi melalui WhatsApp dan pengelolaan jadwal dokter. Kasus uji dibuat berdasarkan skenario penggunaan umum, terbatas, dan negatif untuk memastikan cakupan pengujian komprehensif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar fitur berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, meskipun beberapa bug ditemukan dan diperbaiki. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pengujian yang ketat untuk memastikan kualitas dan keandalan sistem perangkat lunak, terutama di rangkaian layanan kesehatan dengan keandalan tinggi.

Implementation of Microservices Architecture in Property Rental Marketplace

Microservices architecture is designed to enhance system flexibility, scalability, and maintainability by breaking down applications into small, independent services. This study analyzes business and technical requirements, designs an appropriate architecture, and tests the performance of each service in a property rental marketplace to ensure the system meets the established criteria. The research findings show that microservices architecture improves development flexibility, allowing updates and fixes to be made without disrupting the entire system. Additionally, this architecture enables each service to be scaled independently, addressing performance issues faced by monolithic systems. However, the implementation of microservices also faces challenges, such as the complexity of inter-service communication and distributed data management. This research concludes that microservices architecture is an effective solution for developing a property rental marketplace, offering advantages in terms of flexibility and scalability. These findings provide practical guidance for developers and project managers and encourage further research to overcome the challenges in implementing microservices.

This Development of Web-Based Beu Hotel Reservation System Software to Increase Information Accessibility and Brand Awareness in Kuningan Regency

Abstract—This study aims to develop a web-based hotel reservation system software to improve information accessibility and brand awareness of hotels in Kuningan Regency. The Agile approach is used in the development, which allows an iterative process and is responsive to changes in user needs. The research stages include needs analysis, system design with UML, development using PHP, testing, implementation, and impact evaluation. Literature studies and surveys identify key features implemented in the architectural design and user interface. Functional testing ensures the system works well and is easy to use. Implementation in several hotels accompanied by staff training, shows an increase in information accessibility and brand awareness. The results of the study indicate that this system is effective in improving information accessibility and brand awareness of hotels in Kuningan Regency. Recommendations include adding features, system expansion, and routine maintenance for optimal performance.

Klinik merupakan salah satu ujung tombak pelayanan tingkat pertama dalam fasislitas pelayanan kesehatan. Kesehatan sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Pada zaman yang modern ini, perubahan gaya hidup juga telah mengubah sistem pendaftaran di klinik semakin mudah. sistem antrian masih belum terlalu efektif dalam mengurangi waktu tunggu, yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi pasien, terutama orang tua atau pasien yang sedang sakit. Penting untuk mengelola waktu tunggu dengan baik agar pasien nyaman dengan layanan yang diterimanya. Aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah pasien dalam pendaftaran janji temu dokter secara online jadi pasien tidak perlu antri lagi di kliniknya langsung. Pasien juga dapat melihat rekam medis serta invoice pada aplikasi ini. Aplikasi ini dibuat dan dikembangkan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, profesionalisme, kinerja, serta akses dan pelayanan klinik dalam hal Peningkatan Efisiensi Operasional, Peningkatan Pelayanan Pasien, Manajemen Keuangan yang Lebih Baik, Pemantauan Kinerja. Dalam penggunaan aplikasi ini terdapat 3 jenis user yang terdiri dari super administrator, administrator dan user.

This research discusses the development of a web-based Appointment System (SIJAMU) for the Primary Clinic of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. Prior to this system, clinics dealt with the problem of registering and scheduling appointments manually, resulting in inefficiencies, errors, and decreased patient satisfaction. SIJAMU is designed to automate this process, including reservations, schedule changes, managing patient and doctor data, and generating reports. This system adopts web-based technology to facilitate access and use by both patients and clinic admins. With SIJAMU, it is hoped that the registration and scheduling process can be carried out more efficiently, reduce errors and increase patient satisfaction. The results of system implementation show that SIJAMU can increase clinic operational productivity and provide better services, in accordance with the clinic's needs and objectives in providing integrated and modern health services.
