An online questionnaire set was distributed in the pilot to the purposive respondents. While traditional sales methods still dominate, inefficiencies such as limited market reach and operational inefficiencies persist. This research aims to develop and implement an integrated e-commerce application for electronics stores to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. A case study approach was adopted, employing interviews, surveys, and observations to collect data, which was then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. The results demonstrate that the developed e-commerce application successfully met functional and non-functional requirements, including user registration, product search, shopping cart, payment, data security, performance, and scalability. The system utilizes Laravel for backend development, Vue.js for frontend, and a MySQL database hosted on an Ubuntu NGINX server. Integration with Midtrans payment gateway and Raja Ongkir shipping services ensures secure and efficient transaction processes. System evaluation revealed significant improvements in response time and user satisfaction. This application not only enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of electronic sales but also provides a superior shopping experience for users. The success or failure of a software that is built can be seen based on whether or not the software works according to the running business processes.</p> <p>In the scientific concept that exists in software engineering, the success of software is seen from various aspects of the suitability of the product produced against existing needs. The success of the software can also be seen from the management process and the quality of the software. But the facts found in this study, the management process and software quality are not given proper attention.<br>Based on the results of a literature study, software quality is not only seen based on the suitability of the product produced but also seen based on quality assurance during the software development process. Metode black box merupakan metode pengujian yang berfokus pada validasi fungsionalitas suatu sistem tanpa memeriksa struktur internalnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Blackbox untuk menguji sistem janji temu klinis/medis berbasis WhatsApp dan MedicalChat. MedicalChat dirancang untuk memudahkan pasien membuat janji temu dengan dokter melalui platform yang populer dan mudah diakses. Proses pengujian mencakup berbagai fungsi dasar seperti registrasi, login, janji temu, notifikasi melalui WhatsApp dan pengelolaan jadwal dokter. Kasus uji dibuat berdasarkan skenario penggunaan umum, terbatas, dan negatif untuk memastikan cakupan pengujian komprehensif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar fitur berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, meskipun beberapa bug ditemukan dan diperbaiki. This study analyzes business and technical requirements, designs an appropriate architecture, and tests the performance of each service in a property rental marketplace to ensure the system meets the established criteria. The research findings show that microservices architecture improves development flexibility, allowing updates and fixes to be made without disrupting the entire system. Additionally, this architecture enables each service to be scaled independently, addressing performance issues faced by monolithic systems. However, the implementation of microservices also faces challenges, such as the complexity of inter-service communication and distributed data management. This research concludes that microservices architecture is an effective solution for developing a property rental marketplace, offering advantages in terms of flexibility and scalability. The Agile approach is used in the development, which allows an iterative process and is responsive to changes in user needs. The research stages include needs analysis, system design with UML, development using PHP, testing, implementation, and impact evaluation. Literature studies and surveys identify key features implemented in the architectural design and user interface. Functional testing ensures the system works well and is easy to use. Implementation in several hotels accompanied by staff training, shows an increase in information accessibility and brand awareness. The results of the study indicate that this system is effective in improving information accessibility and brand awareness of hotels in Kuningan Regency. SIJAMU is designed to automate this process, including reservations, schedule changes, managing patient and doctor data, and generating reports. This system adopts web-based technology to facilitate access and use by both patients and clinic admins. With SIJAMU, it is hoped that the registration and scheduling process can be carried out more efficiently, reduce errors and increase patient satisfaction.
