Purpose: The main objective of the current study is to examine the effect of work environment attributes on Career Performance. It also aims to determine the moderation effect of career path on the relationship between career development attributes and job satisfactions, employee productivities, personal development on public sector employees in Oman.

 Background: The employability trend in the recent years shows a mismatch of workers skills and the economy can offer, as well as the skills employers demand from workers. This way, there is no right path for workers to grow. With or without career path mapping will somehow impact the output of the research. Hence, the different variables can explain the best career path to attain the desired result. Considering some employees cases as to job titles remain the same for a long period of time and eventually reaches up to their retirement term. A worker didn’t have the chance to showcase his talent because of him becoming stagnant in one position for a long time. Apparently, there are several factors that hinder career path of an individual. It is therefore, an issue how to overcome these factors to attain effective and efficient career performance. The problem on employee turnover, employee satisfaction, employee personal development and the direct effect of these to the organizations output will somehow affect the overall productivity. Several organizations have HRM systems such as career development which enable employees to climb the ladder through the ranks to experience higher positions that they deserved. In order to achieve satisfaction and retention of quality staff, comprehensive human resource practices and approaches are required. Organizations need to transform a reward system that satisfy employees and for them to attract, retain and enhance profit for the organization. This way a clear career path is essential to measure each staff capability leading them to accept and enjoy their current responsibilities at work.

Design/Methodology/Approach: This part will explain the different tools used to test data under study. This paper adopted the mixed method of qualitative and quantitative research. It will use ANOVA to test the significant differences of variables under study and correlation to test the significant relationship between variables under study. The sample size and unit of measurement as well as the validity and reliability of the test and this includes the ethical considerations in the gathering of data the questionnaire and interviews.

 Results/Findings: This part will show the result of the data collected under study. Treatment of data will showed in this part in the form of graph, tables and charts for a better visual Interpretation of data and for discussion. This will make the reader easily grasp what has been transpired along with the different data taken.

 Conclusion and Implications:  Conclusions are drawn on this part; the results are well interpreted for better comprehension. The researcher at this point will also place his recommendations based on the findings for the improvement of the organizations under study, as well as need for future study and investigation.
